Professional Background in Education and Counseling

He began his professional journey after graduating from Istanbul University with a degree in Guidance and Psychological Counseling. He first served as a team leader at an international organization and then spent over a decade as a Psychological Counselor and Education Coordinator in the private education sector. In 2007, he founded Paradigma Education, Consulting, and Coaching Center. He also holds an MBA from Antalya International University and a Human Resources Certificate from the University of Wisconsin.

​Entrepreneurship and Other Business Ventures

Alongside his career in education and coaching, he has also built a strong track record in business and investment. In 2015, he became a partner and Chairman of the Board of a real estate development firm in Antalya, overseeing a residential project of 60 apartments. During the pandemic, he conducted approximately $450,000 worth of trade in masks, disinfectants, and gloves. Today, his investments in both the education and real estate sectors continue actively.​​

Leadership Training and Corporate Development

He conducted "Effective Communication and Team Building" training for employees of a company with approximately 2,500 employees. For the same company's 180 managers, he established a Leadership Academy and conducted programs including "The Journey from Management to Leadership," "The Journey from Leadership to a Coaching Approach," and "The Mastery Journey from Coaching Approach to Learning Organization."

He has published articles in various magazines and written columns for local newspapers. For five years, he hosted programs on local and national television channels. 

​To date, he has delivered training to over 50,000 individuals across schools, companies, and public institutions on topics such as leadership, emotional intelligence, communication, and time management.
